Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, design, or other product variation. Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be responsible for return shipping when the error is ours or the product arrives defective.

Orders made in error: If you accidentally purchase an incorrect item and we agree to accept the return, the item must be shipped directly to AirBear’s Creative Corner at the return address we provide. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please do not return products to the manufacturer or the address shown on the original package, as our production partners do not process returns on our behalf.

For approved buyer-error returns, items must be returned in their original, unused condition. No refund will be issued until the returned item has been received and is in our physical possession. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

Custom or personalized products: Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer error, including incorrect information supplied by the customer. If we make an error in the customization or the product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
