Welcome to AirBear’s Creative Corner. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AirBear’s Creative Corner.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Online Store Terms

AirBear’s Creative Corner offers apparel, home décor, gifts, accessories, seasonal merchandise, and other products.

Many of our products are made to order and produced by third-party print-on-demand production partners. As a result, production times, packaging, fulfillment locations, and shipping carriers may vary between products and orders.

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or limit products or services at any time.

3. Product Images, Colors & Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product photographs and digital mockups are intended to represent the finished product and may not be perfectly identical to the item you receive.

Colors may vary depending on screen settings, printing processes, materials, production equipment, and other factors.

Minor variations that are normal consequences of the manufacturing or printing process are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable sizing information before ordering apparel or other size-dependent products.

Because our products are generally made to order, ordering an incorrect size does not qualify as a product defect and is subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may be calculated and displayed during checkout where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to provide appropriate options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, technical problems, or inability to fulfill an order.

Providing accurate order information is the customer's responsibility.

Because products may enter production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

7. Personalized & Custom Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, wording, photographs, and other personalization information submitted with an order are accurate.

AirBear’s Creative Corner is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted by the customer and reproduced as requested.

We reserve the right to decline personalization requests containing unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

AirBear’s Creative Corner cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless such a guarantee is expressly provided in writing.

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Products from the same order may be produced at different facilities and therefore may arrive separately.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because most products are made specifically after an order is placed, AirBear’s Creative Corner does not generally accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, design, or variation.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted products may qualify for replacement or refund according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Any buyer-error return that AirBear’s Creative Corner specifically agrees to accept must be shipped to the return address provided by us at the buyer’s expense. Approved refunds for such returns will not be issued until the returned merchandise has been received by us.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, written content, and other original materials created by or for AirBear’s Creative Corner are owned by or appropriately licensed to AirBear’s Creative Corner.

Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item purchased. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, resale rights to the underlying artwork, or other intellectual-property rights associated with the design.

Our artwork and designs may not be copied, reproduced, traced, redistributed, digitized, resold, or commercially exploited without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

11. Reviews & User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content through our website or social-media channels, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

We may use feedback or reviews as permitted by the platform through which they were submitted and applicable law.

You may not submit content that infringes another person's rights, contains malicious software, impersonates another person, or is otherwise unlawful.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store may rely on third-party companies to provide services including website hosting, payment processing, manufacturing, print-on-demand fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other business functions.

These third parties operate under their respective terms and privacy practices.

AirBear’s Creative Corner is not responsible for circumstances caused solely by independently operated third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
